Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of the psychological intervention on coronary heart disease in elderly with depression and anxiety. Methods 159 elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), depression and anxiety were entered into this study. They were divided into two groups randomly. The scores of SAS and SDS were recorded before and after the treatment. The whole clinical efficacy were evaluated in this study. Results After the treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS were decreased. While in the psychological intervention group, the score was decreased significantly (P<0.01). The whole clinical efficacy of the psychological intervention was better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Psychological intervention can improve the ordinary therapeutic effect of the coronary heart disease with depression and anxiety in the elderly. 关键词
