Abstract
Objective To investigate the quality of life effects of care nursing intervention for patients with perimenopausal syndrome.. Method 120 perimenopausal syndrome patients were equally divided into two groups accordedto the different methods of nursing, the two groups were actively used hormone replacement therapy, the observation group were added the actively nursing intervention that included psychological care, healthy behavior intervention, family support for education and self -monitoring. Results The treatment group's total effective rate was 95.0%, so that was 91.7% in the control group (P>0.05). The physical function, psychological function, social function and physical function in the two groups after nursing were were significantly higher (P<0.05) , and the increasing range of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The hi, anger , worry, anxiety, grief, fear emotional points were significantly less than the control group after nursing compared to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention can effectively eliminate the negative emotions, and improve the quality of life after treating perimenopausal syndrome. 关键词
