Abstract
Researcher surveyed 312 interns between 2010 and 2011 to discover problems existing in nursing education, and to offer strategies against these problems. The goal of this study is to understand students' needs during their internship, discover clinical nursing problem, and discuss the teaching methods in order to enhance the quality of clinical nursing education. 关键词
