摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of acelluar allogenic dermis with razor thin autoskin grafting in graft for coverage of the donor site of flap. Methods 12 cases with the donor site of flap had been treated with composite skin grafting. Results The grafted composite skin survived satisfactorily,The survived rate was more than 95%,The wounds recovered with good appearance and function that approximaye to the normal skin. Conclusion In repair the donor site of flap,the composite skin grafting is an effecyive methed that can promise satisfied actory appearance and function in transplanted site while a little scar in donor sites. 关键词
