摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of application of thin skin radial forearm flap in repair for eyelids, in order to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods 24 patients with eyelid defect recieved thin skin radial forearm flaps from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2010 in our hospital. To observe the patients for the survival rate, the incidence of complications and satisfaction after 1 year follow-up. Results The survival rate of the thin skin radial forearm flap for all patients was 100%. 24 patients all showed no complications. The rate of the satisfaction after 1 year follow-up for the clinical effect of application of thin skin radial forearm flap in repair for eyelids was 100%. Conclusion The clinical effect of application of thin skin radial forearm flap in repair for eyelids is significant, it is well worth clinical popularizing and application.关键词
