针灸配合耳穴贴压法治疗临床护士睡眠障碍的疗效观察
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of set Acupuncture and Auricular Plaster Therapy on sleep quality of the nurses with sleep disorder. Methods 80 nurses with sleep disorder were randomily divided into two groups,An experimental group(40 cases) treated with Acupuncture and Auricular Plaster Therapy, and a control group (40 cases)treated with sleeping pills.The course of treatment was 10 days.The Pittsburgh Sleep Mass Index Scale (PSQI) was used to assess the sleep quality before and after the treatment. Results The sleep quality of the two groups was improved after treatment,however,the effect of the experimental group was apparently superior to that of control group. Conclusion Acupuncture and Auricular Plaster Therapy can significantly improve the sleep quality of the nurses with sleep disorder.关键词
