首发分裂症家属健康教育对患者复发的作用
The role of family health education in reducing recrudescence of patients with episode schizophrenia

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of family health education on the treatment of recurrence in first-episode schizophrenic patients. Methods A total of 300 schizophrenic patients in first-episode were randomly divided into health education group (150 cases) and control group (150 cases).AII of patients'family in health education group were assigned to receive health education in the hospital, patients' family in control group were educated by conventional introduction, the therapeutic compliance and recurrent rate between two groups were compared after 2 years follow-up. Results The difference of the 2-year recurrence rate was significant between 2 groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Family health education can maintain the efficacy in patients with schizophrenia after discharge, and promote the recovery of the disease, reduce the recurrence of schizophrenia, delay its social disability, improve quality of life.关键词
