Abstract
Objective To explore in pediatric nursing in causes of nurse-patient disputes and its preventive measures. Method In our department in 2011 January-2011 year in December from the nurse-patient disputes,nursing staff.patients and families, the other three of the causes of disputes, and according to the reasons and actively take effective prevention measures. Result Outcome of paedi-atric nursing has the particularity.complexity and difficulty.attention should be paid to prevention of nurse-patient disputes,and take corresponding measures. Conclusion Enhance service awareness, improve the quality of nursing service.strengthen theoretical and operational skills training, to strengthen communication between nurses and patients.to prevent nursing errors and accidents,ensure the quality and safety of nursing care.reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient dispute.关键词
