摘要
Abstract
Objective To avoid nursing adverse events through the analysis of the causes of adverse event and improve the quality of psychiatric nursing safety. Methods Review mandatory reporting of 155 nursing adverse events in psychiatric hospital of three class first grade from 2004 to 2009.Analysis the adverse event frequency and working time of the nurses and conducting psychiatric specialized training. Results There was statistical significance in psychiatric nurses and nursing adverse events (P<0.01 ). Conclusion The nurses of psychiatric should be trained by different education. Psychiatric ward should develop practical management measures to regulate the behavior of nurses and to reduce nursing adverse events. 关键词
