摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of psychiatric nurses retraining on the nursing adverse events. Methods To train new nurse branch with combining one to one teaching and concentrate full-time training. Results After the training , the incidence of nursing adverse events and satisfaction of inpatients increased significantly compared with before (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion The psychiatric nurses retraining and teaching is beneficial for promote nursing's ability such as identifying nursing risk, providing effective interventions and communication with psychiatric, so as to reduce the incidence of adverse events in nursing.关键词
