摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the best part of arterial blood gas analysis test specimen collection. Method Randomly 240 cases department of internal medicine, arterial blood gas analysis in critically ill patients were divided into two groups (group A,B),120 cases in each.A group using femoral artery arterial blood gas analysis of specimen collection site.B group through radial artery arterial blood gas specimen collection site.To observe two groups of samples for arterial blood gas analysis of one-time acquisition success rate and complication rate. Results In group A using femoral artery arterial blood gas analysis of specimen a success rate of 97.50%,B group through radial artery arterial blood gas analysis of specimen collection site a success rate of 88.33% There were no statistical differences in puncturing into the vein in the incidence. Conclusion Using femoral artery was the site of arterial blood gas analysis of specimen collection the best location. 关键词
