Combined rhinoplasty in oriental female patients

摘要
Abstract
Objective To probe into the surgical methods of combined rhinoplasty in treating oriental female patients and evaluate the clinical effect. Methods In 80 oriental female patients, According to the specific defect of the nose,using two or more technology of nose augmentation,nasal tip reduction,alar narrowing.apex nasi extension, columella nasi extension, nos tril narrowing and so on to operate plastic surgery at the same time. Results 80 cases of combined rhinoplasty were performed by using the above-mentioned method from Mar.2008 to Mar.2011.Duing the follow-up research for 6months to 2years,only Tip soft tissue hyperplasia happened in 2cases.The other patients are satisfied with the natural shapes and the inconspicuous scars. Conclusions combined rhinoplasty can omnidirectionally improve the faulty shape of the nose.lt is effective for oriental female patients according to the feature of their external noses. 关键词
