摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect in the treatment of the hypertrophic scars using intense pulsed light (IPL), triamcinolone acetonide and Kelo-cote Silcone Gel. Methods Thiryt cases with hypertrophic scars was from 19 to 52 years and the duration was from one month to sixteen months.These patients were treated once every 2 months using IPL and triamcinolone acetonide. And the treatment was performed for 3-5 times in the period of treatment. These patients were also treated with Kelo-cote Silcone Gel in the every interval time of treatment. Rusult After treatment for 4.3 times in averge.there were 11 cases with healing well, 18 cases with improved effect and a case with no effect. Conclusions Our study indicated that the combination with IPL.triamcinolone acetonide and Kelo-cote Silcone Gel can improve the efficacy of dermatologic cosmetology and the stability of hypertrophic scars. The treatment methods are an effective treatment for hypertrophic scars.关键词
