微种植体支抗结合多曲方丝弓非拔牙矫治骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)的临床研究

Abstract
Objective Detected the corrective mechanics and clinic effects of nonextracted skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion in multiloop edgewise arch wire technique with microimplant anchorage. Methods 11 nonextracted skeletal Class II malocclusion patient whose dentition were media crowd and were treated by combinning technique of straighe wire.multiloop edgewise arch wire with microimplant anchorage were recruited.Paired -Sample T test of cephalometric variables before and after treatment were done in Spss 13.0. Results Skeletal Class Ⅱ facial type had been improved after treatment.ANB diminished 2.14°in average,labial or lingual inclination of upper anterior teeth had tend to normal.Upper molar moved distally 4.16mm.Overbite and Overjet of anterior teeth was in the standard range. Relation of first molar was neutral. Conclusion Multiloop edgewise arch wire technique with microimplant anchorage could obtain satisfied effect on the nonextracted correction of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion,contribute to harmonious relation between bimaxilla, moving the whole upper dentition backward, limiting the exccessive labial and lingual inclination of upper anterior teeth, avoiding elongation of anterior crown for not using Class Ⅱ intermaxillary elastics during treatment, providing favourite occlusion of posterior teeth.This combining technique could improve the bimaxillary relation,lateral and positive facial appearance.intercuspid occlusion,guide a new and successful nonextracted correction on skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion patient who should be treated with extracted or nonextracted treatment to us.关键词
