摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the feasibility of transumbilical single port laparoscopic fenestration in simple congenital hepatic cysts. [Methods] The clinical data of 12 patients with simple congenital hepatic cyst,who received transumbilical single port laparoscopic fenestration from June 2009 to May 2011, were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] The procedures were successfully performed in 12 cases, and the duration of operation was 28～65 min, 38.7 min on average. The average postoperative hospital was 2.2 d. During the 2 to 10 months ( 5 months on average) postoperative follow-up, no recurrence was found. [Conclusions] Though the transumbilical single port laparoscopic fenestration in simple hepatic cysts is more complicated than the traditional multiple sites laparoscopic operation, it is still safe and feasible. This kind of operation is of no visible scar at abdominal wall,less trauma and shorter hospital stay.关键词
