摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The article is intended to have a discussion on the approaches and curative effects of the treatment of pharynx and larynx hemangioma by injecting exact amount of the mixture of bleomycin into the exact tumor position, which was operated under electronic laryngoscope based on tumor size. [ Methods ] 25 cases, in recent 5 years, of pharynx and larynx hemangioma were recruited; Tumor size was measured under MRI enhanced scan; After the exact positioning by electronic laryngoscope based on the tumor size, injected into tumor the mixture of bleomycin in exact amount and position with the small needles specially used in electronic laryngoscope. [Results] 20 cases proved cured and 5 cases proved effective with no recurrence after 2 years' follow-up. [Conclusion] It is simple, effective and safety-guaranteed to treat pharynx and larynx hemangioman by injecting into tumor the mixture of bleomycin in exact amount and position based on the MRI measurement of tumor size.关键词
