Abstract
[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical manifestations of children nasal and paranasal sinus malignant neoplasms and compare the conventional operation with nasal endoscope operation treatment of synergy effect and prognostic factors. [Methods] The clinical data of 34 cases of children under the age of 14 malignant tumor of nasal cavity and sinus were studied and the two kinds of therapeutic methods were compared. [Results] 34 cases of nasal cavity and paranasal sinus malignant tumor, by operation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, comprehensive treatment and followed up for 3-9 years, 28 cases died, 2 cases recurrence survived, 4 patients without recurrence. [Conclusion] Children malignant tumor of nasal cavity and sinus symptoms are not typical, difficult in early diagnosis. Suspected of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses of children should early receive endoscopy, and biopsy, to confirm the diagnosis, and the use of operation combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and other comprehensive treatment can obtain better effect.关键词
