Ultrasonic microbubble-mediated targeted gene therapy for liver cancer
摘要
Abstract
At present, liver cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide with a high prevalence and mortality. With the development of technologies in ultrasound contrast agents and molecular biology, gene delivery using microbuble ultrasound contrast agents for the treatment of cancer has currently become a hot spot of investigation, which opens new perspectives for cancer therapy. Ultrasound-targeted microbubble destruction provides a highly effective non-viral means for gene therapy of liver cancer with great application potential. This paper addresses the current status of investigation in the ultrasonic microbubble-mediated target gene therapy for liver cancer.关键词
