乡村社区老年人慢性病发病状况及其危险因素调查
Incidence of Chronic Disease in Aged People in Rural Communities and Analysis of the Risk Factors

Abstract
Objective To investigate the present incidence of main chronic diseases among aged people in the rural communities of Conghua, Guangzhou city and analyze the risk factors. Methods Total 4 291 aged people from a rural community in Conghua, Guangzhou city were recruited from March to November 2011 by random cluster sampling. Questionnaire survey and physical check - up were conducted among the subjects to investigate and analyze five kinds of chronic diseases and the risk factors. Results Among the 4 230 Patients with chronic diseases, 69. 20% (2 927/4 230) had at least one of the five chronic diseases, of which 54.66% (2 312/4 230) had hypertension, 43.38% (1835/4 230) had hyperlipidemia, 19.62% (830/ 4 230) had hyperglycemia, 15.53% (657/4 230) had coronary heart disease, and 5. 77% (244/4 230) had cerebrovascular disease; and 44.11 % (1 866/4 230) had more than two kinds of the five diseases. The level of risk factors (except factors of over - weight and higher salt intake) was higher for aged male than female ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion The prevalence of the five chronic diseases among aged people and the related risk factors are in higher level in this community, which should be paid attention and the feasible health management should be carried out accordingly.关键词
