抚州市两区社区公共卫生服务现况对比研究

Abstract
Objective To comparatively study the current situation of community public health services in community health services (CHS) institutions of urban area and Jinchao economic development zone of Fuzhou city so as to provide basis for establishing the policy of community health services. Methods There were 23 CHS centers in the urban area and 3 in the Jinchao economic development zone. At least 50 residents form each center were interviewed randomly, and totally 1 438 persons were investigated about establishment of health records, and awareness, utilization and satisfaction of free health public health services. Results The awareness rate of the residents on establishing health record was 75. 9% , of which the rate was 94. 4% in Jinchao economic development zone and 73. 2% in the urban area. The awareness rate of the residents on fee public health services was 88. 3% , of which the rate was 98. 3% in Jinchao economic development zone and 86. 8% in urban area. The utilization rate of public health services was 66.1% , of which the rate was 89. 3% in Jinchao economic development zone and 63. 3% in the urban area. The satisfaction rate on health service was 80. 6% , of which the rate was 94. 4% in Jinchao economic development zone and 78. 1 % in urban area. Conclusion The development of public health service of economic development zone of Jinchao is better than urban area. " Six in one" function of CHS needs to be improved in the two areas. To improve the quality of the public health service of CHS institutions, it is necessary to coordinate governmental management function, achieve the highly support of the grassroots government, perfect the management mechanism of CHS institution, and combine the and the assessment of CHS performance with subsidies, rewarding the good and punishing the bad.关键词
