2型糖尿病患者8-异前列腺素F2α水平与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the urinary 8 - iso - prostaglandin F2α ( 8 - iso -PGF2α ) level and carotid arterial intima - media thickness ( IMT ) in patients with type 2 diabetes ( T2DM ) . Methods Blood fat, glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c) and urinary 8 - iso - PGF2α were detected in 129 T2DM patients and 20 healthy people as controls, and the IMT level was detected by high frequency and color ultrasonography. The T2DM patients were divided into normal IMT group ( IMT < 0. 9 mm ) and higher IMT group ( IMT≥0. 9 mm ) according to the point of IMT = 0.9 mm. The correlation between level of 8 - iso - PGF2α and other blood index with IMT were analyzed. Results The levels of 8 - iso - PGF2α in the control group, normal IMT group and higher IMT group were ( 356 ± 137 ), ( 507 ± 167 ) and ( 1 342 ± 323 ) ( pg/mmol Cr ), the level of 8 - iso - PGF2α in T2DM patients was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the level of 8 - iso - PGF2α in the higher IMT group were significantly higher than that in the normal IMT group ( P <0. 01 ) . Pearson analysis showed that the IMT was positively correlated with the 8 - iso - PGF2α, HbA1c, low density lipoprotein - cholesterol, triglyceride and body mass index ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion The level of oxidative stress increased significantly and it may be involved in the atherosclerosis in T2DM patients. Therapy for oxidative stress should be established as early as possible to reduce the incidence of atherosclerosis and vascular complications.关键词
