基于结构方程模型的我国西部女性性工作者暴露前用药使用意愿的影响因素研究
Application and Influencing Factors of Pre-exposure Prophylaxis among Female Sex Workers in Four Provinces of Western China

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and influencing factors of pre - exposure prophylaxis ( Pr - EP ) among female sex workers ( FSWs ) in the four western provinces. Methods A total of 1 633 FSW in China's western Chongqing, Sichuan, Guangxi and Xinjiang Provinces were surveyed through questionnaire, and 1 613 questionnaires were collected. Factors were drawn through exploratory factor analysis. Structural equation model ( SEM ) was used for analysis. Results About 54. 93% ( 886/1 613 ) of the subjects were willing to use Pr - EP. Willingness to use Pr - EP was positively correlated with social support, and negatively correlated with social discrimination. In addition, knowledge of AIDS and risk perception both had direct and indirect influence on Pr - EP use. The indirect influence is realized through condom use. Conclusion SEM analysis could assess the direct and indirect effects of influencing factors so as to promote the use of Pr - EP and reduce HIV infection.关键词
