苏南农村社区居民常见慢性病疾病经济负担调查
Economic Burden of Rural Community Residents with Common Chronic Diseases in South Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the economic burden of disease in rural community patients with common chronic diseases in southern Jiangsu Province. Methods Totally 326 patients with chronic diseases from Zhoushi Town in Kunshan City of Ji-nangsu were surveyed, and their economic burden of disease were calculated. Results In 2010 the hospitalization rate of the chronic disease patients was 12. 27% , the visit rate of outpatient department was 48. 77% , and the rate of buying medicine in drugstore was 19. 02% . The average economic burden yearly of disease per capita was RMB 4 856. 62 yuan, of which the direct economic burden was 4 768. 00 yuan and the indirect economic burden was 88. 61 yuan. The average direct treatment cost yearly per capita was 4 481. 82 yuan, and the average direct non - treatment cost yearly per capita was 286. 19 yuan. The average medical cost yearly per capita was 4 828. 31 yuan in outpatient department and 12 462. 50 yuan in hospitalization, and the average cost yearly per capita in buying medicine in drug store was 3 143. 06 yuan. The average non - medical cost yearly per capita was 1 391. 00 yuan in hospitalization and 236. 84 yuan in outpatient department. Conclusion The economic burden of patients with common chronic diseases in Kunshan mainly is concentrated in the outpatient treatment costs. Promoting community chronic disease management will be helpful to reduce the economic burden of patients with chronic diseases.关键词
