隐源性机化性肺炎一例诊治分析

摘要
Abstract
Cryptogenic organizing pneumonia ( COP ) is a disease without known etiology or due to other clinical conditions such as connective tissue diseases. It has unique clinical, radiological and pathological features'*, and main clinical presentations include dyspnea and cough. The typical radiographic appearances of COP are multiple ( usually bilateral ) foci of consolidation. Chest CT manifestations included ground - glass opacity, consolidation and diffu, sing reticular infiltration of parenchyma. Its histopathologic feature is the presence of polypoid plugs of loose fibroblastic tissue within alveoli and distal small airways. Corticosteroid trertment is usually effective. This article summarizes our experiences in treating one COP case.关键词
