摘要
Abstract
The incidence rate of thoracoluinbar vertebra fracture is high. Traditional open reduction and internal fixation ( ORIF ) has been, due to its trauma, bleeding and long postoperative recovery time, gradually replaced by minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw osteosynthesis ( MIPPSO ). However, MIPPSO needs strict surgical indications. This paper reports that one case of lumbar vertebra with osteoporosis had migration of screws after MIPPSO, suggesting that lumbar vertebra with osteoporosis is contraindication of MIPPSO, which should be paid attention to.关键词
