瘦素与心血管疾病的相关性研究进展
Research Progress in Correlation between Leptin and Cardiovascular Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Leptin is a kind of protein product produced by obese gene coding, mainly expressed in white adipose tissues. It has been proved to be expressed at varying degrees in myocardial, mammary glands, skeletal muscle, lung tissues, gastric mucosa, etc. Its effective pathway is, through its combination with receptors, producing such biological effects as suppression of appetite, reduction of energy intake, increase of energy consumption etc. and participating in the occurrence and de-opment of neuroenrlocrine rliseases, innammation reaction, immune regulation, respiratory diseases, onesity anrl otlier rlisea-ses. Recent researches have shown that leptin is an important factor for the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. This paper reviews the progress in research of relationship between leptin and cardiovascular diseases.关键词
