摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of modified inclined pulling manipulation on disorders of sacroiliac joint. Methods Forty - nine patients with disorders of sacroiliac joint, admitted from March to September 2012, were divided randomly into groups control ( n = 20, given conventional orthopaedic technique and traditional inclined pulling manipulation ) and study ( n =29, given conventional orthopaedic technique and modified inclined pulling manipulation ). Follow -up lasted 2 -3 weeks. The effects and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results No recurrence was found in 2 groups. In control group 10 were healed, 4 had remarkable effectiveness, 4 had effectiveness, 2 had no effectiveness; In study group 21, 5, 2, 1, respectively. The difference was not significant (u= -1.505, P = 0. 132 ). Conclusion Modified inclined pulling manipulation has advantages such as accurate center of effort, light and handy etc. as compared with conventional, which can protect effectively surrounding muscles, ligaments and other tissues and be worth popularizing in primary health care service units.关键词
