微创经皮肾双导管超声碎石治疗复杂性肾结石疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrnlithntnmy ( MPCNL ) in the treatment of complex renal calculi. Methods 63 patients with complex renal calculi admitted to our hospital from May 2009 to February 2012 were treated by MPCNL. The stone free rate and complication of the patients were observed after-treatment. Results Among the 63 cases, 49 cases ( 77. 8% ) had stone freed one time, and 6 cases ( 9. 5% ) two times, 3 cases ( 4. 8% ) three times, and 5 cases (7.9% ) were given ESWL treatment after surgery. The overall stone free rate was 92. 1 % ( 58/63 ) and the clearance rate of pelvis obstruction was 100. 0% ( 63/63 ) . The operation time was from 90 to 180 minutes with an average of 120 minutes. The blood loss was from 50 to 120 ml with an average of 80 ml. No major complication was noted during and after surgery. Conclusion MPCNL is an effective and safe method in the treatment of complex renal calculi.关键词
