心脉隆注射液治疗住院高龄慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Xinmailong Injection in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure in Advanced Age Patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of Xinmailong injection in treating chronic heart failure ( CHF ) among advanced age patients. Methods 117 advanced age CHF patients with cardiac functional grading from HI to IV June 2008 to June 2011 were divided into treatment group ( 71 cases ) and control group ( 46 cases ) . The two groups were treated according to CHF treatment guide. The control group was given diuretic, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor and appropriate levels of nitric acid lipide and digitaloid drugs, while the treatment group was given additional intravenous drip of Xinmailong injection and 100 ml 5 percent glucose injection or 0. 9 percent sodium chloride solution one time daily for 14 consecutive days. The changes of clinical effect, left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ) and NT - proBNP after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results In the control group, 22 cases were significantly improved, 17 cases were improved and 7 cases were invalid, while in the treatment group, 50 cases were significantly improved, 18 cases were improved and 3 cases were invalid. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( u = - 2. 6375, P = 0. 0084 ) . After treatment, the LVEF of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, and the NT - proBNP was significantly lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The adverse effect rate of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion Xinmailong injection can lower cardiac load of CHF among advanced age patients, restrain activation of neuroendo-crine and improve heart function.关键词
