基于 Peplau人际关系模式的社区老年2型糖尿病患者家庭访视效果分析
Analysis of Home Visiting Efficacy for Elderly Patients with Diabetes in Community Based on Peplau′s Interpersonal Relations Model

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of home visiting for elderly patients with diabetes in community based on interpersonal relations model of Peplau. Methods 46 type 2 diabetes mellitus ( T2DM ) patients from three communities in Shihezi city from June to December 2011 were selected based on the four stages of Peplau's interpersonal relations model. The diabetes mellitus awareness level and healthy behaviors before and after home visiting were compared by using questionnaires. The satisfactory level questionnaire was used to evaluate satisfactory level of home visiting. Results ( 1 ) After home visiting, the awareness levels of diabetic symptoms, complications, eating habit, symptoms, treatment and prevention of hypoglycemia, side effect of hypoglycemic drugs, prevention of diabetic foot, monitoring frequency of blood glucose and body mass index were significantly increased compared with those before home visiting ( P < 0. 01 ) . ( 2 ) Compared with before the home visiting, the healthy behaviors like reduced intake of salt and oil, ratio of people with rational diet control and regularity of taking medicine and the frequency of self - monitoring blood glucose were all significantly increased ( P < 0. 01 ) . ( 3 ) After home visiting, 18 items ( 100.0% ) in satisfactory level questionnaire had an average score of more than 4 ( satisfied), among which 13 ( 72.2% ) items had an average score of 5 ( very satisfied ) . Conclusion Home visiting for elderly diabetes patients in community based on Peplau's interpersonal relations model can establish good relationships, improve the awareness level of related knowledge and healthy behavior, and the satisfactory level of home visit is very high.关键词
