Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Kanglaite injection combined with NP regimen chemotherapy for advanced non - small cell lung cancer. Methods We searched Pubmed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, VIP Database, Wanfang Database and Chinese Journal Full - text Database for randomized controlled trials ( RCTs ) of Kanglaite injection associated NP treatment of advanced non - small cell lung cancer from the establishment of the database to February 20, 2012. We used Rev Man 5. 0 software for statistical analysis according to Cochrane Handbook 5. 0 quality evaluation criteria. Results Ten papers involving 687 cases were included in the study. Compared with NP chemotherapy alone, Kanglaite injection combined with NP regimen chemotherapy can improve short -term efficacy [ RR = 1. 66, 95% CI ( 1. 21, 2. 27 ), test of combined effect Z=3.14, P=0.002], patient quality of life ［ RR = 1.73, 95%C/(1.34, 2.23), test of combined effect Z = 4. 21, P< 0. 0001 ], and patients' weight [ RR = 1. 81, 95% CI ( 1. 35, 2. 43 ) ], test of combined effect Z = 3. 96, P < 0. 0001 ], and reduce nausea and vomiting in patients with gastrointestinal toxicity [ RR = 0. 67, 95% CI ( 0. 47, 0. 97 ), test of combined effect Z = 2. 13, P =0. 03 ] . Conclusion Kanglaite injection combined with NP regimen chemotherapy is effective in treating advanced non - small cell lung cancer. It can effectively improve the patients'quality of life and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions.关键词
