不同支付方式下慢性病患者住院费用对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Hospitalization Expenses by Different Payment Patterns in Inpatients with Chronic Diseases

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expenses of inpatients with chronic diseases who were under the medical insurance or not under the medical insurance so as provide a reference for establishing a reasonable health care cost control system. Methods The descriptive analysis and Two - Sample Kolmogorov - Smirnov test were applied to analyze the insured and uninsured inpatient expenses. Results The insured and uninsured inpatient expenses grew year by year from 2008 to 2011, the average growth rate was 9. 35% and 8. 26% respectively. The median of the insured inpatient expenses was RMB 7 725. 97 yuan, which was more than RMB 6 674. 94 yuan of the uninsured inpatient. Medicine expenses was RMB 4 142. 07 yuan ( 53. 61% ) and examination expenses RMB 2 415. 20 yuan (31. 26% ), accounting for a larger proportion in the hospitalization expenses. Conclusion The hospitalization expense of the insured patients is still higher than that of the uninsured patients, and the growing rate is also higher. So to promote the medical insurance expense payment reform by controlling both the supply and the demand moral risks is an inevitable choice to control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses for chronic diseases.关键词
