增强自我效能干预对中年高血压患者自我管理能力的效果评价
Effects of Enhanced Self-efficacy Interventions on Self-management for Middle-aged Hypertensive Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of enhanced self - efficacy intervention on self - management for middle- aged patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 200 middle - aged hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group ( n = 100 ) and intervention group ( n = 100 ). Conventional intervention was taken in control group and enhanced self- efficacy intervention was applied in intervention group. The self - efficacy intervention included group classes, providing health education manual, peer education, family participation. Before and after 12 months intervention, the scores of self- management, self - efficacy and blood pressure were measured. Results There were no significant differences in the baseline measures between two groups. Significant differences were found at 12 months after intervention between groups in scores of self -efficacy control ( 43. 89 ±7. 66 ) vs. intervention ( 49. 96 ± 5. 31 ) and self - management control ( 47. 37 ± 8. 49 ) vs. intervention ( 56. 72 ±7. 37 ). Other significant differences were systolic blood pressure control ( 138. 21 ± 15. 68 ) vs. intervention ( 130. 03 ± 14. 63 ) mm Hg and diastolic blood pressure control ( 84. 43 ±7. 38 ) mm Hg vs. intervention ( 79. 24 ±7. 89 ) mm Hg. The rate of blood pressure control was 66. 3% , 78.4% (P=0. 06). Conclusion Self - efficacy enhancing interventions have positive effects on self - management and blood pressure control for middle - aged hypertensive patients.关键词
