摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the clinical characteristics of non - invasive aspergillosis of sinusitis, the nasal endoscopic surgery for effect. Methods The medical team to materialize the Niger NiaMey Country Hospital treatment in 57 non-invasive sinusitis patients for zheyuclinical data were analyzed. 54 patients in 57 cases by the treatment of the nasal endoscopic for double pathway surgery, 3 cases of nasal endoscopic change medicine conservative treatment; 45 patients sinuses content pathologic examination are aspergillus infection, postoperative nasal endoscopic check regularly. Results 57 patients were cured 6 months after surgery, and no recurrence of a case 1 year after surgery. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic treatment noninvasive mould sex sinusitis small trauma, Lesions clear thoroughly, sinus drainage full ventilation, faster recovery.关键词
