摘要
Abstract
Dieulafoy disease, one of vascular malformations of gastrointestinal tract, is common in stomach but rare in ileum. It is difficult to find ileal lesions clinically. The author used digital subtraction angiography ( DSA ) to find bleeding points. The damaged intestinal segment was found by methylene blue staining injected through DSA catheter and resected surgically , thus to avoid exploring the lesion surgically and to shorten rescue time. DSA is worth using for reference.关键词
