EphA2 and EphrinA1 in Malignant Tumors
摘要
Abstract
The expression, function and signal transduction of EphA2 and ephrinAl are closely correlated with the occurrence and development of a variety of malignancies. The expressions of EphA2 and ephrinAl are affected by types of tumor cells and microenvironment, thus to induce the signal transduction of tumor cells and related cells to lead to corresponding biological behaviors. The system of EphA2 and ephrinAl is expected to be a new target of drug treatment of malignancies.关键词
