摘要
Abstract
The morbidity and mortality of patients with deep vein thrombosis ( DVT ) are high and there is a big controversy about its prophylaxis although clinical medical workers have conducted a lot of research. Accurate understanding of the risk factors of DVT is of great importance for its prevention, and evaluation combined with related risk factors is more beneficial to choice of a suitable method of DVT prevention. At present the principle of DVT prevention has not reached a consensus, but levels of evidence and recommendation have achieved high consistency to help medical workers make clinical decision. The key of DVT prevention is accurate evaluation of related risk factors to prevent earlier. This paper reviews the risk factors of DVT and its prevention in orthopedic surgery.关键词
