Abstract
Objective To evaluate the influence of Tianqingning on the renal function of aged patients in perioperative period. Methods 40 patients with esophageal cancer to be given radical operation from February to November in 2009 were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was given 20 ml/kg sodium chloride injection of Voluven, while group B was given 20 ml/kg sodium chloride injection of Tianqingning. Heart rate ( HR ), SBP, DBP, CVP, SpO2, serum creatinine ( Cr ), blood urea nitrogen ( BUN ), glomerular filtration rate ( GFR ) and β2 - microglobulin (β2 - M ) were tested and recorded before transfusion ( To ), after operation ( T, ), one day after operation ( T2 ) and two days after operation ( T3 ) . Results HR, SBP, DBP and SpO2 at different times between group A and group B showed no statistically significant differences ( P > 0. 05 ) . The CVP at different times between the two groups showed statistically significant differences ( Fintra-group =0. 712, P = 0. 698; Finter-group =37. 854, P =0. 000 ), and the CVP at To was significantly higher than those in T1 , T2 and T3 both in group A and group B ( P < 0. 05 ) . The Cr and BUN at different times between the two groups showed statistically significant differences (fintra-group =0.961, P = 0.493; Finter-group=20.272, P=0.000; Fintra-group =0. 760, P=0.543; Finter-group= 24. 648, P = 0. 000 ) . The Cr and BUN at T, were both significantly higher than To both in group A and group B ( P < 0. 05 ) . The GFR and β2 - M at different times between the two groups showed no statistically significant differences ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Tianqingning, namely the 6% hydroxyethyl starch 130/0. 4 injection, has no bad influence on the renal function of aged patients and has hemodynamic stability, so it should be recommended in clinic.关键词
