中药甘草对大鼠肠平滑肌运动的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of licorice on the intestinal smooth muscle motility in rats, and to understand the relationship between licorice doses and changes of intestinal motility. Methods One hundred and twenty Wistar rats weighing (200 ±10) g, male:femal ( e = 1 ) : 1 , were used in this study. The rats were divided into normal control and experimental groups. The experimental groups receiving licorice decoction 4 , 8 , 16, 32, 64 g/kg daily in gastric gavage for consecutive 5 days, respectively, 10 rats in each group. The gastric half-emptying time was determined at one hour after the last time of licorice administration. The rate of stomach advancing was observed using oral administration of charcoal. Results and conclusions Licorice decoction has direct effect on the intestinal motility in rats. Licorice in low doses exerts inhibitory effect and in high doses promotes the small intestinal propulsion movement in rats.关键词
