摘要
Abstract
The surgical therapy of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2D) is proved effective all over the world. In March 2012, two randomized and controled trials were published in The Journal of New England Medicine and disclosed that three kinds of bariatric surgery, including gastric bypass surgery, sleeve gastrectomy and biliopancreatic diversion, could improve glucose and lipid metabolism. The theraputic effects were much better than those receved internal therapy. At present it is limited on the prospective investigation in Clinic. Thoroughly analysis of this investigations will help us in correcting our treatment and set up Chinese standard on surgical therapy of T2D.关键词
