Abstract
Objective To establish the stable model of rat acute rejection of allograft in inbred rats and research the suitable time to study the model. Methods In 40 cases of Lewis to BN in inbred rats, the orthotopic liver transplantation ( OLT) was performed by modified Kamada 's two-cuff technique. The grades of acute rejection in allografts were judged according to the Banff scheme. Results In all the 40 cases of Lewis to BN in inbred rats, the acute rejection reaction was in a period of rising at the first to the third day, and was rising most rapidly at the third to the seventh day and in the platform at the seventh to ninth day after surgery. Conclusions Lewis to BN rat strain combination is a stable acute rejection model. On the third to the ninth day after operation, it is the suitable time to study the a-cute rejection model.关键词
