伦理教育对医学生心理咨询与治疗伦理意识的作用
Effects of counseling ethics education on ethical awareness in medical students

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of integration of counseling ethics education into a medical psychology course on the ethical awareness in medical students, and explore the effective solution to improve the ethical awareness of medical students. Methods: Totally 183 medical students were selected from 2 classes which had Medical Psychology course and were divided into two groups according their natural class. One group was exposed to an infusion of ethics in counseling and psychotherapy practice (ethics education group), whereas another group was only exposed to traditional course content (control group). A self-made questionnaire named "the survey on psychological counseling" for ethical problems in psychotherapy and counseling was used in to assess the ethical awareness of students before and after the course. Results: Generally, students in the ethics education group displayed a statisti- cally difference in 30 items from pre to post-test (Ps <0. 05), and the control group in 13 items. After the ethics education, the rates of choosing "being totally ethical" and "being partially ethical" items were decreased, while that of choosing "being partially unethical" and "being totally unethical" were increased. And except item "accepting a clients invitation to have counseling at one's home", the rates of choosing "being unclear" were decreased (e. G. For item "providing services outside areas of competence", in ethics education group, the rates of choosing "being totally unethical", "being partially unethical", "being unclear", "being totally ethical" and "being partially ethical" were 20. 7%, 58. 6%, 16. 1 %, 4. 6% and 0. 0% for pre-test, while 64. 7%, 30. 6%, 2.4%, 2.4% and 0. 0% for post-test) , while the control group student showed higher percentage of " being unclear" for 5 significantly cliffereat I-tems from pre and post-test compan'son. Conclusion: It indicates that the integration of counseling and psychotherapy ethics into a medical psychology course could improve ethical awareness of medical students.关键词
