Research Progress of DNA Vaccine
摘要
Abstract
DNA vaccine was the third generation of vaccine, and had reflected the competitive advantages and application potential in the past. DNA vaccine was developed on the basis of molecular biology technologies. Compared with traditional vaccines, it had more advantages,such as good immune effect, low production cost, and convenient for the clinical application, but it also could be found safety concerns. To provide the references for DNA vaccine researchers, the DNA vaccine history, immune mechanism and research status quo were summarized, and the viewpoint about its security was presented in present paper.关键词
