Abstract
Development history of pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic(PK/PD) model for antimicrobial drugs was reviewed in the present article, including the important role of new PK/PD model in inhibition bacterial resistance mutation, intruction in the rational design of drug regimen and new drug investigation. In addition, problems of clinical application of PK/PD model were also discussed.关键词
