超高效液相色谱串联质谱快速检测卷烟主流烟气及烟丝中的TSNAs
Rapid determination of TSNAs in cut tobacco and mainstream cigarette smoke by UPLC-MS/MS

Abstract
A method of rapidly determining TSNAs in cut tobacco and mainstream cigarette smoke was developed based on UPLC-MS/MS, with pre-treatment and LC condition optimized. Results indicated that: 1) four deuterated internal standard resulted in better accuracy than two; 2) pH value of extracting agent made little difference; and 3) using 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase and setting column temperature at 40℃ was key to assure TSNA's separation. Detection limit of NNK, NNN, NAB, NAT were 0.10, 0.26, 0.22, 0.08 ng/mL, respectively. Recovery rates in cut tobacco and mainstream cigarette smoke were 89. 3%-105. 9% , and 92. 7%-110. 9% respectively, with RSDs less than 10%.关键词
