Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the problems of drug administration in ward pharmacy, and to standardize drug administration in wards pharmacy. METHODS: Combining with the evaluation of tertiary general hospitals and the work practices, the problems of the drugs administration in the ward pharmacy were analyzed to put forward countermeasures, such as imperfect storage conditions and hardware facilities, unscientific drugs placement, drugs expiration and drugs return, etc. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Appropriate solutions are put forward, such as normalizing drugs storage, perfecting hardware facilities, placing drugs scientifically, making warning labels, enhancing management of expiration date and prescription plans, normalizing drugs return regulations. The institutionalization, standardization and systematization of the drugs administration have been conducted in order to ensure the drugs quality and safety of clinical medication, moreover the ward pharmacy may serve pharmaceutical care better.关键词
