Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the processes, methods and role of clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical care for patient with allergic purpura. METHODS: Based on pharmacotherapy of large dose of glucocorticoid for a case of allergic purpura, clinical pharmacists paid attention to ADR monitoring and strengthened medication education on glucocorticoid; drug interaction of drug used was analyzed; clinical pharmacists supplied diet education because of the importance of diet intervention for patients with abdominal type allergic purpura; and put pharmaceutical care in the whole process of therapy. RESULTS: Clinical pharmaceutical care promoted the effectiveness and safety of drug use, and improved patients' and dependents' compliance. CONCLUSION: The participation of pharmacists in pharmaceutical care contributes to the rationality and safety of drug use and improves patients' compliance.关键词
