Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the methods of clinical pharmacist participating in anti-infective treatment and pharmaceutical care. METHODS: Individualized pharmaceutical care plan was established for a intracranial infection patient with pulmonary infection after cerebral hemorrhage operation by selection of medicine, ADR and correlation index. RESULTS: Through pharmaceutical care, physicians learned more about antimicrobial in intracranial infection patient with pulmonary infection and cured the patient by active participation of pharmacists. CONCLUSION: Clinical pharmacists participate in clinical practice and provide individualized treatment for patient to cure patient more effectively and avoid the abuse of antimicrobial and drug resistance.关键词
