黄芪多糖对肺气虚模型小鼠免疫功能的影响
Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharide on Immune Function of Lung-qi Deficiency Model Mice

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of astragalus polysaccharide(APS)on immune function of lung-qi deficiency model mice. METHODS : Lung-qi deficiency model mice was duplicated by smoking , and model mice were divided into 6 group , i.e. blank control group (constant volume normal saline), model group (constant volume normal saline), Yupingfeng (2.5 g·kg-1), APS high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups (600,400,200 mg·kg-1). They were given relevant medicine intragastrically once a day for consecutive 7 days. The spleen index, thymus index, the content of IL-lα and IL-2 in serum and β-defensins 2 of lung tissues were observed. RESULTS: Compared with model group, thymus index of APS high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups increased significantly (P<0.05); the contents of IL-la in APS high-dose,medium-dose groups and IL-2 in APS high-dose group in serum increased significantly (P< 0.05), while the content of β-defensins 2 of lung tissues decreased significantly (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: APS can regulate hypoimmunity caused by lung-qi deficiency, especially improve cellular immune function significantly.关键词
