薄荷脑对葛根素体外黏膜的促渗作用研究

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the influence of menthol on mucosal permeability of puerarin in vitro. METHODS: Take the abdominal skin of rana catesbeiana as a vitro model. The effect of different concentrations of puerarin and different compatibility proportion between them were investigated separately, by using Franz diffusion cell and HPLC. The content of puerarin was determined by HPLC, and the effects of puerarin alone and different proportion of puerarin to menthol on apparent permeability coefficient were investigated. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the effects of different concentrations of puerarin on Pspp. When mass concentration of menthol was 5 mg·mL-1 after compatibility, there was significant difference between menthol+puera-rin group and puerarin group. And at this concentration,Papp of different compatibility proportion groups showed no difference. CONCLUSION : The permeation of puerarin is considered as passive diffusion. The menthol can enhance permeation in a certain range of concentration, and gain the significant effect when the concentration of menthol was 5 mg·mL-1. And at this concentration, concentration change of puerarin will not have negative influence on permeation.关键词
